Leslie moved to Ruidoso in 2004 after investing in, what she thought would be a vacation home. She grew up snow skiing and spending her summers in the Sacramento mountains camping with her family at Bonito Lake. She fell in love with this "mountain oasis" in the New Mexico desert.

Leslie's knowledge, experience, and skill set provide excellent service to her clients. She understands that finding the right property is a collective effort between buyer, seller and real estate broker.

Teresa was born and raised in Portales, NM, and moved to the Ruidoso/Alto area in September of 2020. She comes from a background of 12 years in Real Estate and Investment Management and brings character & integrity to bear when working with her real estate clients.  

Teresa entered the Real Estate world in order to provide a stellar experience to the good folks of Lincoln County and New Mexico, to support her and her family, meet new people, and help people accomplish homeownership with ease and the utmost honesty. She hasn’t  looked back.

Teresa is married and lives with her husband, Kendall, her daughter India, and their dog, Augie. When she does have free time, she spends it traveling with her family.

Julie specializes in selling homes and land in Ruidoso and Alto, New Mexico. She has over 27 years of experience selling real estate in Texas and now in New Mexico.

After buying and selling on two of the top real estate teams in Dallas, Texas, she developed strong negotiating skills, the art of impeccable customer service, and the key to a smooth and flawless transaction. Whether working with home owners to sell their personal homes, working with investors refurbishing properties, or working directly with builders, Julie is always a step ahead which gives her an edge.

Julie's goal is to combine experience, enthusiasm, and state-of-the-art technology to guide her clients through a “seamless” transaction. She takes great pride in fostering clients for life!

Prior to moving to the beautiful area of Ruidoso, Julie and her husband, Matt, lived in Dallas. Julie graduated from Highland Park High School and attended Mary Baldwin College in Virginia, where she majored in Marketing Communications and minored in Computer Information Systems. After graduation, she worked for Jackson Hole Property Management in Wyoming before coming back to Dallas to get her real estate license. Julie is a sustaining member with The Junior League of Dallas where she volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, Twice Blessed House (Baylor Scott & White), The Family Place, Dallas Natural History Museum, and Equest.

Julie is currently a member of the Ruidoso/Lincoln County Association of Realtors. She is designated as a New Home Specialist, Negotiating Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and an Historic Home Specialist and has held her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation.

Shannon's journey began in Central Texas before moving to Ruidoso at 15 with her Mom. Her grandparents had lived there her whole life, giving her the best of both worlds as a child: the beauty of the Texas Hill Country and the enchantment of Ruidoso’s mountains. 

Her family owned various businesses in the area —real estate, construction, nightly rentals, and septic installations. 

Shannon's first job was at their nightly rental cabins, instilling in her a strong and enthusiastic work ethic. After graduating in Capitan, she returned to Central Texas to pursue studies in Marketing. Her career led her to Baltimore, excelling in higher education administration at Johns Hopkins University. She served as the executive assistant and leadership recruiter in the Director of Radiology’s office, managing communications with executives, vendors, and senior admin. However, the 2020 pandemic brought her back to Ruidoso, where she discovered a passion for real estate, blending her experiences to serve clients with sincerity and care.

Shannon approaches her work with a deep sense of dedication, treating each client as if they were family, and leveraging her unique background to navigate the intricacies of the Ruidoso real estate market with integrity and authenticity.
